Based in Washington, New Jersey
Where We Drill: Warren, Hunterdon, Morris and Sussex Counties
We work out of 2393 State Route 57 in Washington and cover most of northwest New Jersey. If your property is on a private well and you are inside these four counties, we can almost certainly get to you.

The four counties we cover
Every well in New Jersey needs an NJDEP permit plus a county and township permit on top of it, and the requirements are not the same everywhere. We confirm what your specific location needs before anything is scheduled.
Warren County
Home ground. We have been drilling here since 1929 and still service wells put in three generations ago, so we know what the geology does from one ridge to the next.
Washington Township, Mansfield, Independence, Allamuchy, Hope, Oxford, Franklin Township, Hackettstown, Belvidere, Blairstown, White, Harmony, Greenwich, Knowlton, Frelinghuysen, and Liberty.
Hunterdon County
Heavily well-dependent country south of us, with a lot of older wells reaching the age where pumps and tanks start needing attention.
Clinton, Lebanon, Califon, Glen Gardner, High Bridge, Tewksbury, Union Township, Alexandria, and Bloomsbury.
Morris County
The western end of Morris, where public water thins out and properties go back onto their own wells.
Long Valley, Chester, Mount Olive, Roxbury, Netcong, Mendham, and Randolph.
Sussex County
North of us, largely rural and almost entirely on private wells, with bedrock that can change the drilling picture quickly.
Newton, Andover, Byram, Green, Sparta, Stillwater, and Fredon.
Why location changes everything about your well
There is no standard well depth in this part of New Jersey. Depth comes down to where you are, what the geology underneath does, and how much yield you need. Two properties on the same road can come in very differently.
That is also why cost is tied to depth. A 300 ft well generally lands somewhere in the $10,000 to $15,000 range, but we will not quote a real number until we have looked at the site. The ground has to be reasonably flat for the rig to set up, which is the other thing worth checking early.
Water quality also varies by location. Once a new well is drilled, New Jersey requires a test through a state certified laboratory. We do not do the testing ourselves, but we install and service the conditioning equipment if the results call for it.

Not sure if you are in range?
The town list above is not exhaustive, and being just outside it does not automatically mean no. Tell us where the property is and we will give you a straight answer rather than sending someone out to find out.
Tell us where the property is
Give us the town and what you need doing, and we will tell you whether we cover it and what the next step looks like.
Monday to Friday, 9 to 5. Licensed NJ Master Well Driller MD#969.
